What counts as a connected printer?

A printer that is attached to a bridge and in rotation. Disconnecting one keeps every setting and frees the slot immediately, so a machine you are not using this month does not cost you anything.

What happens when I go past the included count?

CHF 3 a month each on Farm, CHF 2 on Workshop - the bigger plan has the cheaper marginal printer, so the saving grows with the farm rather than staying a flat discount. Workshop works out cheaper from 9 printers up, and the app tells you when you cross over rather than waiting for you to notice.

Do I lose anything on the free plan?

No capability, on any plan. Free is the whole product - routing, the filament ledger, cameras, the API, webhooks, hardware support - on two printers, 500 MB of files and one integration. Plans differ on how much you run, never on what you get.

Can I change plan later?

Any time, in Settings → Plan. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated by Stripe; downgrades take effect at the end of the period. Paying yearly saves 20%.

How is print-file storage counted?

By size, not by file count — a .3mf can be under a megabyte where a sliced .gcode is fifty, so a file limit would tell you nothing about your disk. Free includes 500 MB, Farm 5 GB, Workshop 25 GB. Deleting a file frees its space immediately, and uploading the same file twice does not use it twice.

Why is storage the one thing that is never unlimited?

Because it is the one line with a real cost per unit behind it. An extra API key costs us nothing to allow, so Workshop has no limit on those. Every byte you store is a byte we pay for, so promising "unlimited" there would just mean pricing it into everyone else's bill.

Do I need more than one bridge?

No. The bridge is the Rackrew Hub, or our agent on any spare PC or Raspberry Pi already on your network, and one of them reaches every printer on that network — four or forty. It is not metered and never will be: run a second one as a spare if you like.

I only have a few printers but several integrations. Which plan?

API keys and webhook endpoints scale with the plan: one each on Free, three each on Farm, unlimited on Workshop. If you are feeding a shop, an ERP and a chat channel, that is a reason to be on Workshop at four printers — the printer count is not the only axis.

Which currency am I billed in?

CHF, EUR or USD — picked from where you are and changeable on this page before you pay. It is set for good at your first payment, because a Stripe subscription cannot change currency afterwards; moving would mean cancelling and starting again.
