1. The service
Rackrew is a print-farm management platform: a cloud service that connects to printers through a bridge agent running on your own network, and routes print jobs across them.
2. Plans and billing
The Free plan includes every feature on up to 2 connected printers. Paid plans are billed by connected-printer count through Stripe; prices are shown in your local currency at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. If a payment fails, the account enters a grace period before falling back to the Free plan's printer limit — no data, files, or settings are deleted.
3. Shop orders
Physical goods ship worldwide DDU (duties and taxes are collected on delivery, not at checkout, unless otherwise stated). Print-file (STL) purchases are digital goods: delivery is a signed download link that expires, sold with a personal-use licence unless a different licence is stated on the product page.
4. Your files and printers
Print files you upload remain yours. Printer credentials are held by the bridge agent on your own network and are not stored on Rackrew's servers.
