What we collect

Account details (email, organisation name), print job and printer telemetry sent by your bridge agent, and, for shop orders, the shipping/billing details Stripe collects at checkout on our behalf.

What we don't collect

Printer credentials (Wi-Fi keys, LAN access codes) are held by the bridge agent on your own network and never sent to Rackrew's servers.

Payment processing

Subscription billing and shop checkout are handled by Stripe. Card details are entered directly into Stripe's checkout page and never reach Rackrew's servers.
